This project is coming along nicely with a small amount of painting to be completed. Very pleased with how it has turned out, especially how it complements the old villa on the same site.

Rebuild of Fire Damaged Building - Route 16 Cafe, Kumeu

Work is underway on the rebuild of this fire damaged building. It is a complete rebuild from the floor up with a change in roof style as suggested by ADS Ltd.

Harcourt Street, Grey Lynn Project

Site Visit today to check on progress of this technically challenging Building involving lifting and moving the existing Villa to create basement garage / workshop and new modern two storey addition to the rear which compliments the existing villa style.

Some amazing views from the second level of the addition out towards the Waitemata Harbour and towards the city lining up the Skytower.
