For our Laurie project, we installed 88x19mm Solid Heart Matai flooring finished with a waterborne polyurethane coating, bringing out the timber’s rich natural tones while adding long-term durability for everyday living.

Coatesville Landing, delivered alongside House of Nautica.

Take a look inside one of the homes in the newest development by House of Nautica in Coatesville. We've supplied and installed custom pre-finished engineered European Oak flooring in a bespoke 'Viento' colourway, working closely with Julia from Drab to Fab Interiors Ltd on the specification and ordering process.

The flooring was installed over a fully prepared concrete substrate, including diamond grinding, moisture control treatment, floor levelling, and a premium direct-stick installation completed by our specialist team.
