Nice little job here I thought I would showcase.

A lot of my work lately hasnt been very visually exciting, though still making a difference, some jobs Im working on are still on going, so a bigger before/after is coming :)

This Holly tree, with vines, and a creeping rose in there was a pain for this client - blocking a lot of sunlight from the house and just a pain. Also the taller trees were pushing towards the powerlines which needs to be sorted.

So today the Mowette and myself got this sorted. Few spikes and scratches here and there - but the difference is huge, and the clients smile afterwards really does make it all worth it.

Enjoy some before and afters :)

Hi all, still kicking around!! Been a busy lad, keeping on top of my regular clients lawns and properties in between rainy days.

So not many photos of my recent work, due to being so busy! Which is GREAT :) being busy that is, not the photos.

So officially we have gone a year of The Happy Mower!! I have to thank all of my clients, and others for all the work supplied. Im still loving this work, providing tidied properties and smiles 😎

Special mention as well to the Mowette. Without her I would not be able to provide the service we do - from her hard work on gardens, spraying and just straight up getting into everything, to the mental calming she brings to The Happy Mowers life by helping and supporting where she is able.

When I kicked this off, it was to help others where they need help, provide a service to the community and give back where I can. This work has taken me all over the coast, and its great - though Blackball being my home, most work is here.

Its been a while since Ive been able to give back to the community having a lot on, but this corner has become so overgrown, that cars cant see each other coming - and being that its on the school route, it is a recipe for disaster. Yes, I could contact council etc... buuut Im more of a man of action, I have the tools, and a surprise day of sun between horrible weather.

So got this done. Cut all gorse and broom down, loaded into trailer for disposal - weedeat into the grass and bring down the height where I can, collect all that for disposal, tidied up the tree new growth and finally gave the edge a mow.

Was great to get back to my roots of this, doing a job just because it needed to be done. Brought my mood up, ready for this next bout of rain to pass to get back into it.

Have a great day, and again THANK EVERYONE who has supported us this last year - here is to many more!!

Hey all! Still kicking around - been so busy I have not had time to post!

Have been very busy catching back up with all booked work, along with my regular clients - but happy to say im all caught up on my regular maintenance mows, while still working through a few projects!

Anyways! Just a quick update, also a little tip of the hat to myself and the Mowette for 1 year of being The Happy Mower! A proper post will come in the next few days to celebrate that 🥳

Just a few pics of my latest jobs below :)

What cruddy weather we're having.

Im sure you are aware that this weather is having a rather large impact on what work I can do, and unfortunately this is meaning a lot of lawns are getting a bit long... even my own :(

Just know, as soon as I can get there, I will be. Sorry for the delays, there isnt much I can do in regards to this weather.

Hoping to see my clients soon!!

We had a wee little holiday :) havent been up to my hometown Auckland in a long while, including seeing my family :)

A quick 4 day trip, caught up with my family, showed the Mowette around my old stomping grounds (including the place where I mowed my first lawns), caught a show, visited the zoo and saw some old sights.

Unfortunately though, as expected in a big city with a lot more people than Im used to, I have picked up a head cold. So hopefully in a few days im back to normal and can get caught up on all my clients.

See you shortly!

Cheeky bu**er!

Meet Houdini - the local rabbit to our little corner of Blackball. She's fixed, and is cared for (regular pellets etc), but she CANNOT be caged lol. She will always find a way out no matter what, hence the name :)

Caught red pawed this morning eating up some of my wildflowers I've put down. No biggie, its getting the end of the peak flower season, and Ill know better for next year.

Munch away, just dont eat them all.

Otherwise, I have still been working hard, just not a huge amount of photo's being taken, but I'll pop a few I've sent through to clients :)

Happy Autumn!
