We have been very lucky this year to be involved with a number of fabulous renovations and new builds.

This beautiful renovation - finished early December - involved changing the layout of the house by moving the kitchen to the back of the house, and adding a laundry. The original kitchen was converted into a gorgeous family bathroom and powder room.

The smart kitchen has all the bells and whistles, including a Billi water heating unit that also dispenses cold and sparkling water.

It was a pleasure to work on this project and it looks absolutely stunning.

Well another working year is nearly over and Steve and I have been busy transforming bathrooms from drab to fab :-)
This newly completed ensuite bathroom was project managed by us too. Plumbing, Electrical, Plaster and Painting and Flooring subtrades were quoted, and organised by us to allow the customer a worry and stress free renovation.
The shower over bath was taking up nearly half of the existing space, and was not used due to safety concerns.
Our customer now has a beautiful, functional ensuite bathroom that they can enjoy for years to come.

In November Steve and I exhibited at the Wairarapa Home and Interior Show. This year, we profiled the Ecospring Hot Water Heat Pumps, to a very good response. So good in fact, that we ran out of brochures!
Here are a couple of the installations we did. The purple unit is a 190L model and the silver unit is a 300L model.
Hot Water Heat Pumps really are the next generation in water heating. Using heat pump technology, naturally occurring thermal energy is harnessed and used to heat the water. This efficient process can reduce your water heating costs by up to 70%.

Steve and I had a very busy lead up to Christmas last year, working on multiple bathroom renovations.
One of the renovations completed, was transforming a spare room into a gorgeous luxury ensuite.
We think the bathroom came up really well, and our customers are thrilled with it too!

Here are photos of another bathroom renovation that we have recently completed. It also involved the coordination of a builder and electrician.
I have a background in Project Management, so if you need a bathroom renovation done with multiple trades involved, I am happy to project manager this for you :-) I can also provide help and guidance with fixtures and tapware.

Winter is coming and there is nothing worse than a shower with terrible pressure. We have just completed the installation of an external Mains Pressure HWC. The advantages are, you free up valuable space in your house.
Steve does a great job of making the pipework look good enough to sit comfortably in a pretty garden :-)

Steve and I have now done a large number of shower replacements. In our latest job, the shower was replaced due to a cracked shower tray, along with replacing the vanity due to water damage.
