About 4 months ago we started the journey to create Clevedon Botanical; a vibrant monthly plant and garden market within Clevedon.

Despite all our setbacks I think we have now achieved this.

Although we are not running this event, The Clevedon Farmers Market have incorporated a monthly Botanical Market within their current setting.

It shows that more vibrancy has been needed, and I am glad that ultimately this is the result of our efforts.

Go well Clevedon Farmers Market ( and Botanical Market ).....a new era has started.

Please support the local stall holders for a more vibrant Clevedon.

It does feel out of place for somebody else to run with our vision, but I belief in karma, and it will reflect at some point.

Regardless of lots of resources, and good will, we have not been able to resolve the issues around having another market...

Regardless of lots of resources, and good will, we have not been able to resolve the issues around having another market at the Clevedon Showgrounds.
This market is now cancelled until further notice!!
What started as an interest in a Botanical Market, combined with the possibility to increase the income stream of the Clevedon A&P Association, has resulted in a greater awareness, and frustration, around the limitations of the actual grounds, and the bureaucracy to obtain further council permissions.
What it has shown is that there is a definite interest to extend the current scope of the Clevedon Farmers Market to include more Botanical Themed stalls, and to include community based initiatives.
We do have the best intentions, and the best interest at heart, for a vibrant market in Clevedon that will further enrich our community.

This is NOT what we wanted!!!

For reasons beyond our control we have to postpone our first market til Saturday 9th of March 2024.

Our existing stallholders have been super and will be there for you on the 9th of March!!
