Oooooh nothing appeals to my OCD nature more than a messy muddy tidy up! These photos give me so much satisfaction - JUST LOOK AT HOW TIDY AND STRAIGHT AND LOVELY IT IS!!

We were able to source used cobbles for these beautiful pathways, and love it when we can reuse and recycle good quality materials.

Am off to keep looking at the before and after photos! 😍

Love some instant gratification! Its so satisfying to be able to get a good days work in and see the results straight away.

New entry stairs done. Clean, solid, and built to handle plenty of ins and outs - definitely a 'step up'. 🤭

One of those upgrades that quietly lifts the whole front of the house without making a big fuss. 😍

WE'RE BACK!

The team had an extended break over summer and honestly it's a bit hard to get back into it after a glorious time away isnt it?!

We went to (and fell in love with!) the Philippines and learned a lot about international building practices, most of which sound more like an extreme sport...

A while back we completed this mammoth retaining wall for a boat shed to be built. The shed has been built (not by us), and we were back this week to complete the driveway.

Mark’s built a tower fit for Rapunzel! 🏰

Okay, it's a stairwell extension, but this has been such a cool project! This amazing couple wanted to add a top level bedroom to their place, and wanted a fully enclosed staircase to get them up there.🔨

Mark did it all! He built the extension to the existing house, the stairs and has also completed the bedroom floor. 👷

So everyone is aware - Mark made a video talking about how stoked he is with how it turned out - but he won’t let me post it. (Picture some tears and Simply the Best playing in the background as he does a slow pan around his handiwork!)

Anyway, it looks awesome, functions beautifully, and we’re stoked to have been part of it.

Sometimes all it takes is a bit of red lippy to pull the look together 💄

We gave this house trim a fresh coat of bold red paint — and it’s amazing what a difference it’s made. It was starting to look a bit like someone at the end of a long night who needed a wee lie down. 🥴 Now? It’s giving fresh-faced, first drink, ready to go looks! 💋

Just a simple paint job, but it’s lifted the whole place. Sharp lines, clean finish and a little bit of attitude!

This bach is getting a bit fancy! 😎

What used to be an open carport, is now a fully enclosed room — complete with a new concrete floor, new walls, new cladding, and the whole thing wrapped in modern Coloursteel.

It’s now a solid, weather-tight space that works perfectly as an extra bedroom — no more bunks in the lounge or sleeping on a blow-up mattress next to the chilly bin!
