👩🏽🌾 We hope everyone is keeping well! This project was a valuable experience and one of our most enjoyable so far. Following discussions with our client, our objective was to rejuvenate the existing gardens, making them more vibrant and easier to maintain. Initially, we removed the existing flora and transplanted it to water pending the laying of new mulch. The main tree by the house was overgrown, and its leaves were becoming an issue for the guttering; cutting it down allowed the kowhai tree to be the focal point. As the photos show, quite a bit of pruning was necessary to reduce future maintenance for our client. While there were many components to the project, the most demanding part was replacing the sleepers and cutting them to size - they were super hardy and tough to get through. Luckily, the chainsaw held well. To finish, we laid w**d mat, added a fresh layer of bark mulch, and replanted the flora. 🌻
