It’s been a while since we have been active on the social media front - we are still here 🙋‍♀️ head down, bum up and all that.. 👷‍♂️

We are very excited to have 2 brand new houses coming to market very soon..

Tools down on our very first property development in central Greymouth 🏡🛠️☀️

We managed this project ourselves from start to finish - purchasing the property, to planning & consents, to demolition and dig out, to construction & landscaping, to sale & handover to wonderful new owners.

It was a big learning & growing experience for us and our wee family. Truthfully some days felt like we were on an episode of The Block 😅 (shout out to our on call baby sitters!) but we couldn’t be prouder of the 4 beautiful homes we have handed on to our new owners. We are proud to have added these homes to our community and our town.

We want to thank our staff - Harry, Toppa & Brett, and our local contractors and subbies. Thank you for your work on this project.

Thank you to our purchasers - we thoroughly enjoyed working collaboratively with you on your new homes.
