Tools down on our very first property development in central Greymouth 🏡🛠️☀️

We managed this project ourselves from start to finish - purchasing the property, to planning & consents, to demolition and dig out, to construction & landscaping, to sale & handover to wonderful new owners.

It was a big learning & growing experience for us and our wee family. Truthfully some days felt like we were on an episode of The Block 😅 (shout out to our on call baby sitters!) but we couldn’t be prouder of the 4 beautiful homes we have handed on to our new owners. We are proud to have added these homes to our community and our town.

We want to thank our staff - Harry, Toppa & Brett, and our local contractors and subbies. Thank you for your work on this project.

Thank you to our purchasers - we thoroughly enjoyed working collaboratively with you on your new homes.

On to the next project … 🏡🛠️

There are so many benefits of a practical outdoor area - brilliant social setting, being in fresh air & sunshine, and the best messy area for the kids! Just sweep their mess off the side 😆 too easy.

We hope you have all been finding the silver linings during lockdown due to Covid-19, whether it be family time, baking, gardening, fitness, home projects, or all of the above!

If you’re anything like us, you may have had time to sit down and think about all the projects you’d like to complete post lockdown.. I’m always on the hunt for inspiration for upcoming projects - I have attached some inspo from Pinterest for your viewing pleasure. With international travel off the cards for a while, perhaps it’s time to focus on the home reno?
