With planning for window joinery replacement in a couple of years, our client has opted for a 'spruce up' of the road facing joinery to get through the next couple of years.

Prep is completed with primer/sealer applied. A couple of small surprises to repair as we go (to be expected on a 50yo building).

Next step over coming days is finishing coats to match the new colour/branding scheme.

The lifestyle block owner wanted their house section isolated from the orchard area, allowing sheep to graze the orchard while being kept out of the gardens. A self-closing gate was included to aid easy access.
The next step will be defined gardens along the fence line.
