Overgrown Large Property. Done Properly.

This overgrown vacant property in Kaukapapa needed to be reclaimed and required a full reset. Knee/waist-height growth and sloped areas, made it unsuitable for a straight ride-on pass.

We conducted a full site assessment and walk-through to identify hazards, hidden objects, and terrain issues, then removed objects, and reduced the lawn in stages with w**d trimming and multiple ride-on passes.

This is the difference between rushing a job and doing it safely, efficiently, and correctly, to avoid damaging equipment or any property. It's now ready for a regular maintenance schedule with a more detailed finish.
