With Property Brokers – I'm on a streak! I've been a top fan for 10 months in a row. 🎉

Big week for RJ’s Property Maintenance 💪

Just wrapped up a full flat renovation while also packing up my own place, moving house, and even helping a centre manager shift the day before — definitely felt the pressure, but we got it done.

This job was all about timing and coordination. Working in with multiple tradies, making sure each stage was ready to go — from full clean before painting, to unlocking, checking, cleaning, and locking up after every step.

Kept everything running smoothly by staying in constant contact with the centre manager, updating progress and coordinating things like painting and new carpets to keep it all on track.

There’s a lot more that goes into these jobs than people see — but that’s what we do.
Massive team effort all around 🙌

Just a couple of final touches to go: • Blinds and curtains back from the dry cleaners
• Fence waterblasting
Ready for handover Tuesday 👌

Start the next one Monday and Tuesday

And site walk threw with a rental manager from property brokers foxton for another full clean up job

and then I'm off to kapiti for the rest of the week for house washes

Going to be another busy one

Big day on the tools today at RJ’s Property Maintenance 💪

Started one of the biggest clean-ups we’ve had in a while — this flat was in rough shape. Burnt carpets, heavy staining, and a full deep clean needed throughout including the kitchen, bathroom, and all surfaces.

Getting everything prepped and ready for a fresh start.

Here’s what got done today:
• Full w**d removal outside
• Prepped all exterior areas ready for waterblasting
• Lifted astro turf ready for cleaning and relay
• Pulled up damaged carpets and removed them from the property
• Managed to save all carpet tracks and underlay (still in good condition 👍)
• Started a full wash-down of all walls

Back again tomorrow to finish the deep clean and get everything ready for painters coming Wednesday, followed by new carpets going in Thursday.

Solid progress for a one-man job — big transformation already underway 👊
