Thought I'd rustle up some Louise slice today - my friend Vanessa makes the best! But I can only try.
I've used our own duck eggs for the top, and our own plum jam for the middle, ready for a Treecroppers visit tomorrow. Hope it tastes OK!
We have tons of eggs at the mo, if you want any duck eggs just message us. They are particularly good for gluten free baking apparently =)

Got some absolutely delicious Luisa plums at the stall today. Picked just now a fraction under ripe so they won't go mushy straight away. Big, tasty, juicy. $5 for a 2kg bag. If they sell out we can get some more.
Also, we need more egg boxes if anyone has some they wouldn't mind giving away. Thanks!!

Yucca cuttings available $5 each - they have been dried for a week so are ready to go in the ground. Pop them in the ground and they'll take root by Spring! Between 1m and 1.5m tall.
