It's my birthday today and I couldn't decide which cocktail to make in the Thermomix. Solution? This machine cleans itself so why not make a batch of all three?

So, Craig could you whip up strawberry caipiroskas, mango daiquiris, and frozen margaritas please?

Forgot to post the fourth healthy dish we had during the week firom the Thermomix magazine. Shredded Chicken Satay pad Thai. Craig made this one. Another success!

Best bit was buying exactly what we needed at the start of the week and having exactly the right ingredients ready to go each night.

Another dish from the Thermomix magazine healthy collection.

Made by Craig Martin tonight… Fish ‘tacos’ with coleslaw. So yummy, especially the fish crumb mixture with almonds, sunflower seeds, cumin, chilli flakes and more. 25 mins to put together and about 5 mins to eat 😂

Boom! Tonight’s dinner.

We wanted something with chorizo, added recipe to shopping list, sent Craig to get rest of the ingredients (coz he’s got Cookidoo on his phone too), then weighed, chopped, cooked, and ate!

And what else? Yes we put the Thermomix on cleaning mode while we dished up and it’s now clean!
Love cooking or hate cooking, why wouldn’t you want to cook with one of these babies?

OMG that was soooo much fun!

I did a Thermomix demo last night with one of my current customers hosting. Isn't it amazing when you meet new people and you just 'click'?

We ended up spending nearly 3 hours cooking up a storm because we got carried away and went off plan, adding a cheeky lemon curd using fresh lemons and eggs, plus picking coriander from the garden for the Coconut Chicken Curry.

We also spent more time laughing and talking than cooking. And I love it when people say "ahh now I can see why you rave about the Thermomix".

Five people cooking and eating together...bloody great! Enjoy the new Thermo Server Sue!
