𝒞ℴ𝓇𝒹𝒶𝓉𝓊𝓂 𝓍 ℰ𝓍𝒾𝓂𝒾𝓊𝓂

This is an NZ made hybrid crossed between a cordatum and eximium 🥰
It’s called HUW’S HYBRID named after the person who crossed the two ☺️

I got this gem from The Green Grower NZ when they recently released them online 😍
So lucky to have one of these, I thought they all would of been snatched up fast…

Learn with me on this one because I have no idea how it’s going to go 😍 I know cordatum are a vining plant because one of kids own one 🤭

But she’s so pretty, joins and fits in with all my philos perfectly ❤️

🅿🅻🅰🅽🆃 🅱🅰🅽 ᗯᕼᕼᕼᕼᗩᗩᗩᗩᗩT 👀🤣

Sooooo I tried to put myself on a plant ban today 🫣
I failed MISERABLY!!!! 🤣🫠

I went and purchased a couple of plants 😬
In my defence they were cheap 👀🥹😂

So here we have an anthurium hybrid, a first specimen for me (I’ll pick her up tomorrow from up the road 🥰 already have her pot too)
A philodendron Florida (she was on clearance because she got chopped, but because of the tip getting cut off it threw all that energy to growth points throughout her stem 😍 that’s a massive win in my book 🫶)
And a huge asf Rogo Congo because apparently I needed 1 more 😬🫠

We also have the Saturday markets tomorrow that I’ll be stalking 🤞 they have some nice plants there too but I get shy shy and kind of stalk beside the tents instead of stalking every leaf that plant has like I do EVERYWHERE else 😂 (wish me luck lol)
However the weather is looking and sounding like actual 💩💩

I purchased this bunch for $5 from our local Saturday markets awhile back now, they were absolutely ᴄᴏᴍᴘʟᴇᴛᴇʟʏ riddle with spider mites 🥲
I fully submerged soaked them for half an hourish, peeled back a lot of dead layers (as you can see in the pic) and then hung them in the window to dry out and crossed my fingers something happens 😅

I can’t even remember how long ago I got them, but I only noticed a couple of days ago one bunch is producing flowers 😍

I only soak them when I remember they are in that spot 😅 (which is like never) maybe once every 3 weeks but I submerge the whole bunch for half an hour when I do.. I don’t know if I still do that when they are in flower though 🫣
