Named after the Mohaka River — a river that winds through the heart of Hawke’s Bay before meeting the Pacific. Mohaka is often interpreted as “place for dancing”.

For a four-bedroom family home, the meaning feels fitting. A home that will one day be filled with energy, rhythm, laughter, and the everyday moments that shape family life.
