I’ve tried out lots of different caramel slice recipes over the years, and I have to say this one is the best. The base is like a rich brownie cookie, the caramel is plentiful and gooey, and topping it with Whittakers chocolate ganache just takes it to the next level. I have a whole slice available or can sell in half slices too.
