The duplex townhouses are positioned to soften their street presence, stepped back and refined in scale and form to reduce dominance. Generous front courtyards create depth and breathing space, while layered hedging, designed to mature over time, establishes privacy from pedestrian activity and strengthens the streetscape.

This unique site surrounded by native bush and reserve has allowed us to position a mix of standalone homes and multi-unit terraces to embrace the landscape and surrounding views, maximising outdoor living and outlook. A clean, light palette, natural timbers, and carefully considered forms bring cohesion to the project, creating spaces that feel relaxed, refined, and connected to the landscape.

Introducing our greenhouse on Oscar:

This project is more than just a design; it’s a tribute to cherished memories inspired by the family greenhouse that once stood on the property and countless moments spent gardening with Nana. The design features tapered angles and elegant curves of colorsteel Permanent green coloured corrugated cladding, roofing and half round spouting, seamlessly blending with the lush native landscape. A modest home, rooted in history, nature, and memories.

Our King Road house sits on 5 acres, with three wings in plan. The central living and dining area faces northeast, offering views of the Brynderwyn Ranges. The bedroom wing is nestled among mature trees, while the separate guest wing, linked by covered decks, overlooks wetlands and native bush.

Introducing our Taipari Reserve development.

With established trees and panoramic vistas over the reserve and estuary the site was the perfect canvas to create a modern, family friendly development.
 
The site flaunts itself in a spectrum of greens, punctuated by pops of colour across neighbouring landscapes. Material sections and architectural forms were important to us, as the built environment needed to connect and complement the fringe of the reserve and community. Careful consideration was given to each of the spaces with outlook, sun and furniture placement, creating the right homes and lifestyle.
