Massive transformation completed 🙌

Full exterior repaint in Okarito White with Caraway walls finished in a specialist Acratex membrane system for long-term protection.

The shed roof out the back was leaking, so we fully re-roofed it and finished it in Ironsand to tie everything together.

We scaffolded the home to ensure safe, full access and a proper finish from top to bottom.

All old varnished windows fully stripped and painted Okarito White 🔥
Interior windows re-varnished, plus extensive maintenance, new handles, shed door upgrades, new downpipe brackets, broken glass replaced and more.

Garage doors are the only thing left and getting replaced to Ironsand soon 👌

Fresh new look for this Tawa classic, weatherboards in New Denim Blue with Okarito White trims and soffits. Front door in bold black finishes it off perfectly. A bit of building maintenance along the way, repairing a few rotten corners before painting. Garage doors still to come, but this old home’s already got a new lease on life. 💪🎨

Finished this one in a clean white with new denim blue on the trim and doors , all ready to tie in with the new roof going on this summer. Another transformation complete in Upper Hutt!
This two-story exterior got the full treatment — roof, weatherboards, and garage.
We went with Grey Friars for the roof and Lyttelton Double on the weatherboards for a clean, modern contrast that really pops.
