We had a look at this job which had previously been "repaired" by another trade. A sad reminder here that "patch up jobs" can end in serious damage to your property. Do it once, do it right👌💯

🌊Coast Watch!🌊 She's been a real journey on our Raumati Reno. Changing plans, replacing rot, asbestos, bringing old school framing up to code, moving more sheets of ply than you can shake a stick at, and juggling subbies. This ones had it all!
