This engineered oak floor was looking tired and worn, but there was still plenty of life left in it.

After a full re-sand, we brought the natural colour and grain back through the timber before finishing it with a matt water-based polyurethane.

A simple change, but a massive difference.

The matt finish keeps the oak looking natural while giving it the protection it needs for everyday life.

From Tired to Transformed 🍻🪵

This floor at The Platform Bar had definitely seen better days, but it was ready for a serious makeover!

We gave the existing timber floor a full re-sand to remove the worn, tired surface and bring the timber back to life. We then applied a black stain to give it a bold, modern look before finishing it with a commercial-grade waterbased polyurethane for a tough, durable finish designed to handle the demands of a busy venue.

The result is a completely transformed floor that looks the part and is ready for plenty more years of foot traffic! 🔥

This beautiful new beech T&G timber floor was sanded from new and finished with a premium commercial-grade 2-pot water-based polyurethane in a matt finish, bringing out the natural beauty of the timber while providing a durable, long-lasting finish.

We're also working on something new... getting comfortable in front of the camera! 😅 Safe to say we're better with a floor sander than a camera, but we're stepping outside our comfort zone to show you more of what we do and the pride we take in every job.
