Large windows, simple materials, and seamless indoor/outdoor flow were used to keep the focus on the landscape.

Architecture shouldn't compete with the view.

Designed to entertain whilst soaking up the lake and mountain views with the open plan living and generous scullery this home is an ultimate entertainers or family paradise.

Raked ceilings have been incorporated to elongate the living spaces and create the feeling of space and elegance.

The formal lounge is a beautiful space to sneak away with a beautiful Rinnai New Zealand gas fire you can close this area off to create a lovely quiet haven.

With four bedrooms scattered strategically throughout this home plus a bonus 5th room on the opposite side of the garage creating a separation from the main home. This room can be used as a 5th bedroom, games room or a work from home office or studio. The possibilities are endless with this design!

Amidst the dreamy rural surrounds you can find this beautiful house that comprises of two homes!
The two homes connect under the same roofline of the house each having separate private views and separate entrances for perfect dual living!

One of the homes is 4 bedroom with a 250 m2 floor plan and the second is a smaller 2 bedroom home 150 m2 footprint.

The clients favorite feature of these homes is the open plan living room and the flow from the kitchen to the living area to the portico that frames the picturesque views! Looking out over these view daily is defiantly a pinch me moment for the clients ๐Ÿก

The AZero team had the awesome opportunity to attend a Pro Clima New Zealand course last week.

As the demand for specialised installation services of building envelope products rises, this was a great learning opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the pro clima weather tightness and air tightness systems. This is particularly valuable with the increasing rise in passive homes.
