I have been working on foundations for 6+ years starting in Christchurch for a year+ learning various styles of foundation design from TC1-3, jack raft and conventional floors. Since being in the Bay of Plenty I have expanded my skills with block wall retaining, lift pits, split level and commercial builds with tilt panel details, load support pads and hold down bolt details.
