A lot goes on long before pipes start going in. Planning, layouts, coordination, and making sure everything’s going to work exactly how it should once the build gets moving.

Big project underway for Arvida, exciting one for the team to be involved in 👏

It's always cool seeing these jobs start from a set of plans and slowly come to life.

If you’ve started firing up the log burner or gas fire again, it’s not too late to make sure everything’s running as it should

🔥 Log burners
Fire bricks and baffles wear out over time and can affect how efficiently your fire runs.

And don’t forget the chimney! Soot build-up affects airflow, and birds love nesting in there over summer.

🔥 Gas fires

If it’s struggling to start or not running quite right, things like ignitors, injectors & pilot systems may need a bit of attention.

Better to get onto it now than be left freezing later 👌

Brad’s been onsite installing the exposed stainless steel gas main for the commercial kitchen at the new Alley Arcade in Cambridge.

Such an epic project to be involved in. How cool is it that we’re getting a venue like this so close to home?!

Bit of a hidden issue on this one 👀

Client had a leak in the copper pipes running through the concrete slab, not something you want hanging around.

We’ve rerun all the pipework through the wall and ceiling instead, pressure tested it, and now it’s all good to go 👊

Done properly now = no problems later.
