Customer called Monday. In-laws arriving Friday. Cabin delivered Thursday morning. In-laws were comfortable and impressed. They have since extended their stay by two weeks. We are not responsible for this development. We did what we could.

Best value does not mean cheapest.

It means:
• Warm in July (NZ July, not Queensland July)
• Structurally sound in 2045
• Same price we quoted, no additions at invoice
• Does not require the owner to be handy
• Will not become a cautionary tale

This is our entire pitch. It fits in a list. We're comfortable with that.

When the renovation starts, your options are:

Option A: Move in with family (Relationship survival rate: highly variable)
Option B: Rent somewhere else for $600/week while your own property sits empty and your builder has no one to supervise him (We don't recommend this)
Option C: Hire a cabin. Stay on your own section. Watch the build from your own backyard. From $90/week. Setup in 48 hours.

Option C is the option

Quick educational note: EPS foam is the white material used in:

• Packaging for appliances
• Disposable coffee cups
• Some cabin walls (not ours)

We use timber framing. Built by hand in Tauranga. It is, in our completely unbiased view, better.

Signs you might need to call us:

🔲 The kitchen has been "nearly done" for seven weeks
🔲 Someone said "just a few more days" and those days have long passed
🔲 You're eating cereal standing up because there is no table
🔲 You've had the tile argument. Twice.
🔲 Your builder and your living space now overlap in ways that are technically legal but spiritually exhausting

DM us. We'll sort it. 🏡

We are not the largest cabin company in New Zealand.

We are, however:

• The most likely to answer the phone personally
• Building by hand in Tauranga with NZ materials
• The company that will still be here when you need a replacement door seal in 2031

We consider this the better deal.

We're not making this up.

Last month we delivered a cabin to Southland. Built in Tauranga. Delivered to Southland. Set up, levelled, and ready by Thursday afternoon. The customer asked if it was warm enough for a Southland winter. We said yes. It was warm enough for a Southland winter. We do not make claims we cannot support.

We use actual timber framing instead of EPS foam panels. EPS foam panels are the same material as the white box your microwave came in. Our timber-framed cabins are expected to outlast your mortgage, your children's mortgage, and the argument you had about the mortgage. This is considered acceptable in our industry.
