Apologies for being absent lately but this is why 👇
3 years post-op from L4/L5/S1 lumbar fusion surgery and facing another potential surgery, numerous appointments including MRI, CT, a trip to Cromwell for a Neurophysiologist, and another visit to the surgeon in Dunedin end of July.
Being in constant pain is exhausting although I'm still pushing myself to stay active and preserve the muscle and strength I've gained and maintain my 20kg weight loss.

I'll have more information at a later date...
