Our Felix and enthusiastic apprentice Kris have ditched us this weekend and are setting up their own stall just short walk from ours....selling pinecones!!! They'll even carry them to your car for you😜. Be sure to pop down and support these enterprising, hardworking young lads...

💚💚💚As winter rolls in our stocklist is getting smaller! We still have plenty of locally grown veges and herbs seedlings, especially lettuce and broccoli and no shortage of tigerworms....
All of these are locally grown, as organically as possible in our own handcrafted soil with our own homemade fertilisers (also for sale!). We only use organic methods to manage pests so you can confident everything you buy from us has had the best start in life and is geared to succeed in your garden.

New to gardening and don't know where to start???? We are passionate about what we do and love sharing our lifetime of knowledge with all of you... its really not as complicated as some would lead you to believe! No excuses... can't wait to see you all tomorrow morning at the Whanganui River Markets 😉!

Our Turakina Beach side stall is back up and running (just with the basics at this stage...contact me directly for anything specific) and our Turakina Beach Road nursery is almost ready to open to the public, watch this space!

Perfect time to be planting 🍓 strawberry plants this weekend...we've got plenty! Also a great time to be getting more of your favourite winter veges and herbs in before those cool days and nights slow growth right down! We've got plenty to keep you busy this weekend, pop down and see us tomorrow morning in our usual spot by the river, at the Whanganui River Markets 😉

💚💚💚Tomorrow's seedling stocklist...exactly the same as last weeks EXCEPT....🍓🍓🍓STRAWBERRY PLANTS😜! Sprouted garlic, Jerusalem Artichoke tubers and rossa lunga onions yummy!
Plenty of large grade edibles (feijoa, Guava, fig, daylilly etc)....

The window for autumn /winter planting is starting to ebb so now is a great time to get planting....if you don't know where to begin, no biggy,
Just pop down and see us tomorrow at the Whanganui River Markets! We're full of simple, practical tips to get you started, it really isnt as hard as all those influencer make out 🤭. No excuses!!! See you all tomorrow!!!

💚💚Another week another stocklist!
We have a pretty amazing range of organic, locally grown vege seedlings, herb and edible plants...just because were marching into autumn/winter doesnt mean we have to limit our vege gardens to the usual boring brassicas....come down to the Whanganui River Markets tomorrow morning for a nosey.

If you cant up your mind don't be afraid to ask for a $2 or $4 suprise bundle, let us do the thinking for you!!! Always fun!

Sale fell through so these guys are back up for sale....please note the ducks themselves arent for eating, we wont release them to anyone we suspect is purchasing them for this reason.
