Today we recognise and celebrate an incredible milestone, 48 years of dedication from Mike Dowd here at Tirau Earthmovers.

In a world where long service is rare, 48 years of loyalty is truly something special.

Mike's commitment and work ethic have set a standard that is hard to match. And at 73 years young, Mike can still outwork most and remains one of the most reliable and genuine men you could meet.

Mike, thank you for everything you have given over the years, you have more than earned your retirement.
