We dont just rip out compromised ring foundation we can save it aswell.

Ring foundations over time can sink due to moisture, compromised wall plate, compromised footings and many other reasons.

If we find your ring foundations structural integrity is still present but there is noticeable sinking, we can install underpins.

Not a commonly used practice but can save time and money without cutting corners(excuse the pun).

Undermining the ring foundation, pouring small footings for our hydraulic jacks, from there we lift the ring foundation to the desired level.

Leaving our jacks in place we install structural steel, and pour the footings accordingly guaranteeing no more sinking and a more than solid foundation.

Sunken extension on 50s cottage, the fall on this was close to 87mm drop from our datum point over a 3m span 🙃

Fortunately for us the previous builder decided the piles dont need footings so the removal of these compromised piles was breeze.

Detach from current compromised piles ✅️
Remove compromised piles ✅️
Replace piles with H5 timber piles ✅️
450x450 footings with adjacent anchors ✅️
25mpa Concrete footings poured ✅️
12kN fixings and anchor kits ✅️
Baseboards to suit ✅️

Another happy customer and level dwelling that'll stand for years to come.

Video of a job we done last year, client now wants WaterProofing installed to combat moisture.

No movement at all, new piles 77 replaced out of 81 piles total. Next to no settling issues.
