*Initial visit is recommended to discuss specific instructions and confirm the length of time needed to complete the service.

*Length of time needed to complete the service depends on the size of the property, how many rooms/spaces need to be cleaned, conditions and other factors. Nevertheless, standard length of time would be 2hours for 3 bedroom houses.
