George Moreno & Partners was founded more than half a century ago and since then has produced structures that have become the main points of reference and landmarks of the country. Projects like these are the result of a hard work where the knowledge and the effort join together to achieve an architectural objective, capable of filling the expectations of clients and the oneself.
In this occasion, we would like to give a recognition to our architect Lina Samudio -leader of this project- who make this happen taking it to a next level.

Mareas Boutique Beach Club.
Our design consisted of a 5 tower complex composed of modules of courtyards to offer the habitants exclusivity and confort.
In the middle of the project, we located a beautiful pool and a clubhouse always aiming for a modern tropical architecture with many green spaces to go hand by hand with the nature that surrounds the place.
It also has a series of terraces that sit on sloping ground making the whole project a viewpoint, which helps taking advantage of the gorgeous views to the sea.
