A statement of contemporary luxury — expansive glazing, sculpted volumes, and refined materiality coming together to create a home that feels both grand and gracefully grounded.

The architectural concept of the residence is contemporary design defined by refined materiality and balanced geometric expression. The interplay of vertical fins, natural stone cladding, and expansive glazing creates a harmonious façade that reflects both elegance and luxurious clarity.

PROJECT: PROPOSED COFFEE SHOP/BARISTA TRAINING LECTURE AREA

LOCATION: SILANG CAVITE

STATUS: MOBILIZATION

The coffee shop's exterior design showcases a classic brick style with a modern twist, creating a comfortable, relaxing, and productive atmosphere. Inside, the space features a wood-buffled ceiling and neutral earth tones, which enhance the inviting ambiance. This project will be a special school initiative in which students will participate and utilize specific recycled materials to promote sustainability.
