🌿Talinum paniculatum, commonly called Talinum or “Javanese ginseng,” is both an ornamental and edible medicinal plant.
✅ Its leaves and roots are traditionally used as food and herbal medicine

👉Traditional Herbal Uses;
*Boosting energy and stamina Supporting recovery from weakness
*Relieving dry cough and thirst
*Supporting digestion
*Mild diuretic effects (helps promote urination)

*Its roots are sometimes used similarly to ginseng as a tonic plant.
*It is treated as a nutritious leafy vegetable.

⚠️Important Reminder
Although Talinum has many traditional uses, it should not replace prescribed medicine. Some varieties may also contain oxalates or compounds that may not be suitable in large amounts for people with kidney problems or certain conditions.
