Praesentia is a proposed event place complex located in the City of Balanga, Bataan. The name means "presence" as the place is made to bring people together, to attend and celebrate important events. Praesentia is conceptualized and designed to have neutral colors but rich greeneries making the facade greatly connected to nature. The site is also filled with trees for this reason and to absorb noise and heat as well. In terms of space, the first building is composed of an admin office, staff room, public toilets, and 3 suites with top accessibility to the restaurant on the first floor. The second building, on the other hand, is where the three assembly halls are located. These halls are particularly spacious to accommodate a considerable amount of attendees even after considering the ongoing health protocols. They also have lobbies, kitchenettes, restrooms, dressing rooms, and storage which are all relevant spaces when hosting events. The designer also assured to make the place accessible for PWDs through a main entry ramp and elevators. With all of these met, desired user outcomes are ensured.
