FROM RAW SPACE TO RENTAL ASSET
A look at the transformation of one of our own properties in Taguig City — developed into two 40 sqm one-bedroom rental suites.
The project began with a roof deck unfinished space and one governing principle: make every square meter work.
Planning was built around efficient layouts, practical kitchens, natural light and ventilation, and a hospitality-inspired living experience — with maintenance and rental performance considered from day one.
At 40 sqm, the challenge wasn’t to make the space feel larger than it is. It was to make it feel complete, considered, and ready to perform.
Because this is our own investment property, every decision was made from three perspectives at once: Architect. Interior Designer. Real Estate Investor.
Good design isn’t only about how a space looks. It’s about how an asset is experienced, used, maintained, marketed, and ultimately valued.
