He started in 1999 as a kitchen staff, learning the basics the hard way speed, accuracy, teamwork, and endurance under pressure. Every shift was training. Every mistake was a lesson.
Years passed⦠he was promoted, trained, and trusted with bigger responsibilities eventually becoming part of management and operations, proving that growth belongs to those who never stop learning.
Then came the call of the sea πβ
A new world. A tougher environment. Longer hours. Bigger responsibility.
From Cook Trainee to experienced shipboard culinary professional, he served for years across international watersβadapting, surviving, and excelling in galley operations far from home.
Now, after more than two decades of dedication, he stands as a Chief Cook onboard MSC, leading kitchen operations with experience, calm leadership, and mastery of his craft.
