The site is tucked away at the end most lot of a private compound in Metro Cebu. It is quiet- considering it to be in the middle of the City. We imagined it right away to a be good everyday retreat for the family living here.
The owners were particular of an open floor plan: living, dining, kitchen- versatile for having extended family and friends over. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in a lot of natural light. It also blurs the lines between the interior and the exterior.
The pool, with its blue finish tiles, invites a refreshing dip under the open sky. The floor plan forms the shape of a U, surrounding the pool- with every major room facing it.
Upstairs, clean glass railings line the balcony that overlooks the courtyard as to not disrupt the view.
Wood accents compliment the cool tones of bare concrete and Mactan stone -raw and refined.
