PROPOSED 4- STOREY BLDG. (Schematic)

GENERALLY, THE MAIN CONCEPT OF THE FAÇADE FOLLOWS SOME OF THE PRINCIPLES AND CHARACTER OF
MODERN ARCHITECTURE. FROM ITS PURE FORM TO EMPHASIS OF FINE AND CLEANER STRAIGHT LINES, TO THE
SIZE OF ITS FENESTRATIONS AND TOWARDS THE MATERIALS TO BE USED.

FORM
The building depicts a form at its purest, “the box”. These
boxes stacked, interlocked and differs in elevation to show the
eventual mass of the building. The main box comprises the
majority of the building areas and structure, the towering one
houses the elevator and fire exit stair while the third is in the
form of the canopy.

FENESTRATIONS (WINDOW OPENINGS)
The building window openings strictly adhere to the principle
of modern architecture. It has wide and tall glass windows at the
façade gives the building a modern and lighter look.
