Yesterday, I stumbled upon the Plantaholic Garden live selling, and I was honestly amazed sa mga Ariocarpus collection ng isang breeder sa Thailand.
For a little background: Ariocarpus is a rare genus of slow-growing cacti, famous for its unique leaf-like tubercles that almost look like cauliflower. Wala silang spines you see in other cacti, akala ko nga parang succulents sila e.
Sa ngayon I have only 3 pots, super gandang ganda ako sa mga ‘to. Sana mapalaki ko. 😅
So during the live, a mother plant being flexed with a price tag of almost ₱800,000 🤯!
Di ko ma imagine ang patience and dedication para sa halaman na ito? There was even a variegated Ariocarpus that reached ₱200,000 (like 4 inch pot) talaga namang nakakamangha. 🫡
