The qualified candidate will be assigned in our project site in Pangasinan.

Job Description:
•Spearhead project implementation/execution.
•Coordination with the clients (reports, meetings, look-head)
•Manage project expenses based on approved budget Resolve site issues with the guidance of project manager
•Daily and weekly report to the project manager status of the project Review & evaluate project costings, quality programs and safety guidelines.
•Other job-related works that is assigned by the upper management.

Qualifications:
•Graduate / Licensed Architect or Engineer.
•With at least 1 year of work related experience
•Good communication skills and must have strong personality
•Experience in Residential Projects Construction is an advantage
•Must have good organizational and leadership skills Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and other Engineering Software
•Must be willing to work in Pangasinan.
