✅ Habitable rooms (bedrooms, living rooms, etc.)
➡️ Minimum ceiling height: 2.70 meters (1st floor and all floors with only natural ventilation) 🍃
➡️ 2.40 meters (2nd floor) if artificially ventilated (w/ ACU) 🌬
➡️ 2.10 meters (succeeding floors) unobstructed typical head-room

🏛️ Stair Standards You Should Know!

Did you know that stairs follow specific design standards to keep them safe and comfortable to use? ✨

Here are the basics:
🔹 Tread (step depth): 250–300mm – wide enough for your foot to step safely.
🔹 Riser (step height): 150–200mm – not too high, not too steep.
🔹 Stair width: Minimum of 900mm – enough for safe passage.
🔹 Headroom clearance: At least 2.0m – so you won’t bump your head.
🔹 Handrails: Required for safety, usually at 900–1100mm height.
