Defined by the client’s love for fluted panels, the design uses texture as both feature and function.

In the dressing room, what appears as a continuous fluted wall subtly conceals a door, creating a seamless transition into a private space. Inside, a full-height open wardrobe and vanity maximize storage while keeping the layout clean and efficient.

A short passage leads to the balcony and into the prayer room. Soft stone panels and a stucco-finished back wall frame the altar, while an arched cove light casts a gentle glow, creating a quiet sense of reverence. A custom altar integrates concealed storage, paired with a kneeler and mobile bench for moments of both solitude and gathering.

A quiet layering of texture, concealment, and purpose.

This design reimagines the laundry and soap shop as a modern, inviting space. A rich burgundy accent wall anchors the shop, serving as a bold yet warm focal point. Minimalist shelving elegantly displays products, while arched detailing softens the geometric layout. Neutral concrete textures balance the richness of the color palette, enhancing the clean, modern aesthetic. Functional elements, like the folding counter, ensure both style and practicality. The design successfully fits all of the client’s requirements within a compact 13.50-square-meter space, perfectly combining elegance and functionality to create a welcoming customer experience.

A retreat designed for comfort, warmth and practicality. The Garden Terrace Rooms were reimagined with a minimalist approach that harmonizes with their natural surroundings.

The client envisioned a simple, practical yet comfortable space for their guests, a place that feels effortless and restful. Each detail was thoughtfully considered, from convertible beds to the open clothes rack and floating ledge that combines vanity, courtesy tray and TV area, creating a warm and relaxing escape to unwind.

Established in 1927, Pagsanjan Falls Lodge has long been a landmark for travelers seeking the beauty of Pagsanjan Falls. With nearly a century of history, the resort was due for a transformation; one that respects its legacy while embracing a modern tropical approach.

The design highlights Filipino craftsmanship and cultural identity through thoughtfully curated details:
• Lobby – Anchored by Jed Yabut’s iconic Lasso Chandelier, symbolizing the graceful flow of the Pagsanjan River, the space blends natural textures and local craftsmanship to create a warm yet refined arrival experience.
• Conference Room – Reimagined with a focus on both function and comfort, integrating acoustic and design solutions that elevate gatherings of any scale.

From lobby to conference, every element was crafted to honor heritage while shaping a contemporary experience; a homage to Filipino culture reimagined for today’s travelers.

For Eisma Skin Care, we designed a space that embodies their brand values of comfort, change, and balance. Drawing inspiration from subdued autumnal tones, the interiors reflect warmth and calmness through soft curves, natural textures, and layered lighting.
Much like autumn in classical literature, symbolizing renewal and transformation, the design concept creates a serene environment where clients can feel both relaxed and revitalized.
From reception to treatment rooms, each element was thoughtfully designed to create a seamless, calming journey through the space.

For this project, our client had just moved into a new space and wanted to upgrade their living room. Since it’s an open layout, we kept in mind the existing furniture pieces in the dining area and chose a Scandinavian-inspired concept that would blend seamlessly across the whole space.

We helped with furniture sourcing, worked around the key items the client wanted to keep, and created a layout that made everything fit comfortably. Most of the living area furniture is new, while the dining has a mix of old and new with a few added furniture + accessories.

We also suggested styling ideas for the balcony, but the main highlight we’re sharing here is the refreshed living space.

Our client asked for a simple refresh for their rental unit. Something clean, bright, and welcoming.

We’re updating the flooring from laminate to tiles, repainting the walls and ceiling, and adding more lighting to brighten up the space. A few furniture pieces are also being replaced, and the bathrooms will be regrouted.

In the kitchen, we added kitkat tiles as backsplash for a soft upgrade. And to bring in warmth and texture, we introduced a wallpaper accent and pendant light in the dining area.

Construction is underway and we’re excited to see it all come together.
