Scoopable Cookies

Recipe:
100 g unsalted butter (7 tbsp.)
1/2 cup or 100g light brown sugar
1/4 cup or 50g granulated white sugar
1 egg room temperature
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cup or 150 g all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup or 120g semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)
Scoops of Nutella (optional)

Airfryer Setting:
190C for 12mins with foil or cover then another
160C for 4-5 mins without the foil or cover

Toasted Milk Cookie Butter Cookies

Recipe:
100 g unsalted butter (7 tbsp.)
1/4 cup or 60 g cookie butter
1/2 cup or 100 g light brown sugar
1/4 cup or 50 g granulated white sugar
1 egg room temperature
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cup or 150 g all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup or 120 g semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)
45 g biscoff cookies crushed (approx. 6 cookies)
2 tbsp powdered milk

Airfryer Setting:
200C for 8min with foil or cover then another
160C for 4-5 mins without the foil or cover

Black Sesame Basque Burnt Cheesecake

Recipe:
1 pack 250g Cream Cheese full-fat
1/3 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all purpose cream
2 tbsp all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
2-3 tbsp black sesame paste (check my other videos for the recipe of homemade paste)

Airfryer setting:
1. Bake in the airfryer with cover for 30mins , remove the cover then airfry again for 20min
