I am obsessed with composting. Imagine trash turning into soil, mixing brown and green waste with 2:1 ratio. I watched every compost video on youtube and started experimenting with a water gallon. Dumped rotten cucumber, mangoes, fresh and dried leaves, bond paper, carton, 1/4 squash, sunflower shells, some more kitchen scraps, soil and twigs for air circulation. Compost must be moist to help the good bacteria heat up the pile. Heat is a good sign that they're working hard. After 3weeks I checked it, some mangoes didn’t decompost maybe because I didnt smash it. But I noticed the cucumber, papers, leaves, and the squash were all gone! Amazeballs! Now i have two compost bins! 🤣 —
