ARMA Prototype V001 | Bungalow House Design Concepts

Gable Roof Type Edition.

Sharing this simple design ideas. Actually, I'm working on it's complete construction drawings and I'm making a budget friendly computation for this design.

ARMA Prototype V001: A 66.50 square meters 3 bedroom house.
It has 4 different versions from A-D.

There are more upcoming new different kinds of design that I'm drafting.
From simple modern to high-end designs etc.

Project: A Modern Tropical Eco haven Retreat House
Location: Brgy. Sugod, Cajidiocan, Sibuyan Island, Romblon

A hidden sanctuary located at the top of Cajidiocan Mountain that has a wide view of the Cajidiocan town.

About the Project:
My humble client wants it to be more engaging in nature.
So, in order to achieve it, we came up to a free plan concept.
Basically it's a linear type of space planning where the spaces, such as the dining, living, and porch area is connected freely with no obstructions.
So that the users can interact and access or see the beautiful view of Cajidiocan Town.

In addition, because of the sloping site topography.
The client requested to have a lower ground level intended for the garage, storage and other utility spaces.

"Interacting with nature"🍃

Sharing my mini scaled model I created in 2022. Inspired by The Falling Water of the famous American architect Frank Lloyd Wright. It was fun making this model. It also help me ease my mind when I took my ALE review.

Made by staple wires and used card board placed in a natural grown moss and pilea microphylla. 😊

Hi,

Restudying the "Nipa Hut".

Many Architects and Architectural firms have their own enhanced blueprints and design interpretation of this traditional house.

As a newbie Architect it inspires me to restudy this traditional house again. I'm sure this will help me explore and find my own architectural style. Especially, in understanding the basic parts, functions and purposes in designing a habitual home for the people in the pearl of the orient seas.
