Paul & Danica’s Residence is a contemporary residential project located in Holy Angel Village Phase 2–3.

Designed for a young, happy family beginning their life together, the house was planned to accommodate growth while enhancing spatial connectivity. The layout integrates the needs of their children, providing spaces to explore, play and evolve while also supporting the warm, social lifestyle of the homeowners.

Open and fluid living areas encourage interaction and togetherness, creating a home that naturally welcomes guests and gatherings. With a contemporary design approach, the residence balances functionality, comfort, and openness, resulting in a space that feels inviting, lived-in, and ready to grow with the family.

𝗠𝗢𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗭 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗢 | ACQ+ Architects

Located at Azure North Residences in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, this studio unit is planned to maximize functionality and comfort within a compact footprint.

It features a kitchen, a toilet and bath with a laundry area, a bedroom with an integrated TV console, a pull-out dining table built into a custom storage cabinet to optimize space, a full-height wardrobe that provides ample storage and a full-height mirror positioned to reflect light and visually expand the space.

The design takes cues from Mid-Century principles—functional, warm, and straightforward, combined with the calm and simplicity of Japandi interiors.

Mahogany wood defines the cabinetry and built-ins, complemented with pale neutral green flooring and dark forest green accents. Stainless steel details add contrast and a contemporary edge, balancing the natural textures with a clean, modern touch.

The overall palette and finishes contribute to a coherent design language that is both balanced and lasting.

Casa Eliza is a bungalow residence located in Angeles City, Philippines. Originally one of the subdivision’s model units, this house has long served as the family’s cherished home. Now set for a complete rework, the new design takes on a contemporary approach, rebuilding the space to enhance natural light, flow, and functionality.

With a total floor area of 120 sqm, Casa Eliza is designed to optimize space utilization, accommodating the family’s needs through an efficient and functional layout.

The space is organized into two zones — 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰.

The private zone houses the bedrooms and a shared toilet & bath, while the public zone includes the living area, kitchen, dining space, and powder room for guest access.

The public spaces — living, kitchen, and dining — feature a high ceiling that enhances spatial volume and allows natural light and ventilation through clerestory windows. This clear division ensures efficiency, privacy, and better flow throughout the home.

𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗭𝗢 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗢 | ACQ+ Architects

Tucked between the highway and the sea, this flat sits just steps from the shores of Urbiztondo, La Union, a spot known for its golden sunsets and open horizon.

Lime-washed walls, dark, warm wood and fluted glass define the tone. The kitchen was reworked with a stainless steel countertop and a dedicated coffee bar to suit the clients’ lifestyle.

Windows, tiles, and furniture were kept as is, allowing the refined material palette to carry the space forward.
