Sharing with you the perspectives for the design of a tropical villa now constructed and operational, located in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, the Casa Granada. (visit their social pages for booking details).

Much thought went into designing the space with full collaboration with the owner/clients. The bedrooms and common spaces all spill into the pool area, which gives the villa a feel of openness and embodies the tropical concept.

The facade was designed to seemlessly blend into the landscape and surrounding natural scape. The existing tree in the site was retained and was integrated in the planning.

Sharing with you our design for the renovation and modernized facade improvement of a 2 storey residence located in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

The house was extended to the back to make way for additional bedrooms and a larger kitchen with a bar. We also modernized the look of the house which includes a modern security gate.

Year-end project dump (Sometimes we get so busy that we neglect posting in our socials, forgive us 😅) (Swipe ⬅️)

1st photo -
3 Storey Apartment and Commercial Building ( Cabuyao, Laguna)
The owner wanted a classic design of this striking facade color.
Located on the ground floor are 3 commercial spaces with a toilet on each unit and parking spaces up front.
The Second floor has 3 residential units accessed through stairs and an open hallway on the front.
The Third floor has 3 residential studio units accessed through stairs and a hallway at the back.
Finally, on the roof deck, there is one studio unit and the rest is for common, multi-purpose open area.

2 Storey Residence ( Calamba, Laguna)
Located on a 80sqm lot with an 8 meter frontage. The ground floor has a one car garage, one t& b, and with an open layout for the living, dining and kitchen area, separated only by a divider. There is also a dirty kitchen on the right side and firewall on the left side.

On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and one t&b, a balcony and a small family lounge and small storage room.

Sharing our design for a 3 storey dormitory/ apartment building now constructed in Makiling, Calamba.

The location of the project is near schools and science parks hence making this building strategic for target markets.
Each unit is designed as a studio with open sleeping/living/dining layout, each with their own kitchen and bathroom.

Sharing with you the completed construction of our design for a 3-Storey commercial building. This structure is located in Biñan Laguna. (Swipe for the proposed perspective).

Each floor is designed with an open layout with provisions for a pantry and toilets. The stairs are located on the right side of the building.

"Design is making the best possible use of the available."

Sharing with you our design for a 2 storey house to be located in Cavite City. The floor layout was designed to be comprehensive and inclusive of all the spatial requirements of the client.

Located on the ground floor is the open layout of the living and dining areas that spills over to a lanai. The full kitchen has a small bar and a dirty kitchen located just outside it. There is also a bedroom for the elderly with it's own PWD bathroom. An office for 2, a common bathroom, a maid's room, storage room, tool's room beneath the stairs and a 2-car garage completes the ground floor.

On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with their own t&b each, the master bedroom has its own walk-in-closet and en suite bathroom, there's a family hall just after the stairs landing (open to below and a big corner window) that leads to the big balcony.

Maximizing the lot, we added a bigger kitchen, dining area and a laundry area in the ground floor.

Additional bedrooms for the children, a bigger master bedroom, an office and a balcony on the second floor.

The client also commissioned us to improve the interior design of the all spaces.

"The home should be the treasure chest of living." -

Sharing with you our design for a big bungalow house in Rosario, Batangas. We designed this space for our clients where the couple will share with their extended family. We took into consideration mobility, accessibility and community. We left a lot of open space in the lot. The layout of the house has provisions of spacious areas for socializing.

This house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living room and dining room, full kitchen with a bar and a spacious terrace in the front and a lanai at the back that spills over to the spacious backyard.
