Hello Proshade Client,

May we take this opportunity to remind you once again of the instructions we gave when we turned over the product/s to you -- that with Signal No. 2 storms and up, the rain curtains and shade sails/retractable canopies should not be used and instead they should be:
ROLLED UP (outdoor rain curtains/ vertical blinds),
PACKED AWAY (SHADE SAILS and RETRACTABLE CANOPIES).
RETRACTABLE CANOPIES / PERGOLAS should be retracted (not open); and you can further maintain safety by tying the retracted fabric together to the posts in order to avoid swinging of the fabric with the winds.
Because the upcoming storm is CATEGORY 4 TYPHOON, then the above instructions will hold true. Hence, kindly instruct your staff to follow the above instructions to avoid injury to person and property.
