Job Overview:
ECO Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities from corporate clients. The role focuses on identifying potential companies, building relationships with decision-makers, and scheduling meetings for pest control, termite treatment, and commercial cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new corporate leads (offices, factories, warehouses, industries, commercial facilities)
• Research companies and connect with decision-makers such as Administration, Facility, Procurement, and Operations Managers
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, phone calls, and online research
• Approach potential clients and introduce company services professionally
• Schedule meetings and site inspection appointments for the sales team
• Maintain and update lead database and follow-up regularly
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Achieve monthly business development and lead generation targets
• Coordinate with sales teams for successful client onboarding
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
• Experience in business development, B2B sales, or lead generation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and corporate communication is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
• Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in facility management, pest control, cleaning services, or corporate sales
• Experience dealing with corporate clients and commercial contracts
Performance KPIs:
• Number of qualified corporate leads generated
• Meetings and site inspections scheduled
• Conversion support and client acquisition
