The challenge was to create a luxurious vertical residence on a compact urban plot while maximizing elevation, natural light, spatial depth, and an unforgettable street presence.
The result is a bold architectural statement that feels far larger than its footprint — blending classical symmetry with modern construction precision and premium materiality. Every façade line, texture, and proportion was carefully crafted to deliver elegance, durability, and exclusivity.
