Designing the Ayesha Somaya boutique was one of the best design journeys we’ve had. The client’s requirement was simple - an environment that helped display the maximum number of outfits without looking cluttered. Beyond that, we were given carte blanche to design the store.
Located in Bukhari commercial area, the 2100 Sqft boutique is done up in a contemporary style with a neutral color palette, touches of gold, light grey and a pop of tea pink. This muted interior was created to accentuate the designers’ colorful collection.
The project was done in two phases where we first did the ground and first floor which displayed bespoke casual and pret wear. Our second phase was to design the basement for showcasing occasion wear.
Plush velvet, oak wood floor, touches of tea pink and cool grey, wooden and gold details came together to create a classy yet simple interior.

AIRLINK CONCEPT
Located in Dolmen Mall Karachi, the 1270 Sqft Airlink store was designed to create a bright, futuristic feel as well as a welcoming atmosphere.
We wanted to create a retail experience like no other, where the layout draws the customer in. Hence, we broke free from the conventional rectilinear display. The sinuous curve allows a free-flowing plan. With careful attention to detail, circular display units were strategically placed along the curve to give a light floating effect. We introduced the concept of interactive screens providing personalized service and experiences. Touches of greenery harness nature’s inherent powers to put people at ease, ensuring return visits.
This minimalistic, carefully crafted environment was created with stark white floors with touches of black and warm oak wood. Pristine white acrylic produced seamless countertops and display units. The result was uncluttered, open spaces enhanced by the varied type of lighting.
